Founded by Chandrusheth Gaikwad, our brand—then known as Jai Maharashtra Masale was created to bring the original, traditional flavors of Maharashtrian kitchens to every home. What started as a humble effort quickly became a trusted name, thanks to our unwavering commitment to purity, taste, and authenticity.
